DO YOU HAVE A BUG TO REPORT?
In order to respond quickly and efficiently to any bugs you found or problems you have encountered, please include the following information in your message to us:

• Your operating system (Windows 95, Windows 98, Mac, etc.),
• Your browser (AOL, Netscape, Explorer, etc.) including the version # (very important!),
• Describe what you were doing when the error occured or you encountered your problem, and
• The date and time of the problem,
• The name of the event (or venue or producer/presenter) you were attempting to add to (or regsiter in) the system,
• The text of your error message as best your can recall it, and
• your userid for AOA.
